Not only is Devon Works new watch, the Tread 1, possibly the one of most expensive at $15,000, I think it just might be the coolest. This is certainly a watch that Q would mock-up. The wristwatch uses four 2-micron thin belts each operated by an individual microstep electric motor to display the time (see the video below).

The list of features are beyond impressive. It’s bulletproof for starters, just in case you know, you were being shot at. The internal rechargeable battery lasts for 2 weeks and can be recharged wirelessly. The internal crystal is temperature-compensating and even transmits data to an aerospace-designed microprocessor. Also an optical recognition system tracks the the status of each belt at all times to ensure extreme precision.

You may want to start saving up as it will be available later this year. You might also want to save up for the World’s most expensive cell phone and the World’s most expensive computer mouse.
