After YouTube decided to support HD videos, the popular video sharing website has upped a notch by announcing that it will support video clips shot in 4K (or with resolutions up to 4096 x 3072) at the recent VidCon 2010 conference.
Although there are not too many users who are using 4K camcorders, but it’s a welcome change. Just remember that you can adjust the resolution of the video while watching high-quality clips if you have slow Internet connection. But if you are live in “broadbandly blessed” lands like South Korea or Finland, then hit the “Original” option.
