Classic Tron fans have been waiting patiently for the sequel to the 1982 film starring Jeff Bridges, who is a programmer named Kevin Flynn that gets transported inside the world of a computer. This December, the wait will be over as we return to the digital frontier in order to rescue Flynn in the film Tron Legacy. With this in mind, companies are ready to cash in on the movie hype with cool gizmos guaranteed to make your friends glow green with envy.
First on our radar screens is a series of Tron Gaming Controllers made by gaming accessory company PDP that adds glowing blue style to your Xbox 360, Wii, or PS3. Each controller comes with a molded black chassis and features a blue glowing stripe to add a bit of Tron flair to console gaming. Each will be sold for about $50 and they are expected to arrive this fall before the release of Tron Legacy.
